Other non-personally identifiable information we gather may include your referring URL, browser type, device type, and date and/or the time. Such information is tracked automatically using cookies, or small text files that include an anonymous unique identifier.

ii. Non-Personal Information:
Generally, we may use non-personal information in order to help improve our site and our experience for users, which may include aggregation in tracking trends and analyzing use patterns. This Policy does not in any way limit our use or disclosure of non-personal information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such information to partners, advertisers and other third parties at our sound discretion.

III. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION.

We take the matter of protection and security seriously and implement security measures to protect your as well as our own company's information from compromise or unauthorized access. We strongly encourage our site and internet users to take steps to protect themselves and their private data in measures within their control, such as: by choosing passwords wisely - within 2025 best practices; closing your browser after logging out of password-protected or private sessions; checking for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption of a website, indicated by the presence of an "s" at the end of the "https://" protocol (sometimes symbolized as a small green lock in that location); etc. Ways that we go about protecting your information include our implementation of modern security technologies that are available to us. These currently include: 256-bit encryption, Secure Socket Layer encryption, advanced reCaptcha and personal-information field-protection in your form submissions, and communications services that encrypt at-rest and in-transit data and TLS (transport layer security).

IV. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR INFORMATION.
You have the right to opt out of any marketing communications received at any time. In any such e-mail, just click or tap the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom in the footer.
Please note that some non-marketing correspondences such as payment transaction updates, invoices and/or receipts, Account Summaries, order correspondences, updates to this Privacy Policy or our terms of use, or other necessary correspondences may still be sent via e-mail.

V. LINKING TO OTHER WEBSITES.

Links to or compatibility with other websites or applications may or may not appear on our Site at any given time for informational, resourceful, or relevant use. However, we’re not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those other websites or the content they contain and this Privacy Policy applies solely to this site. If you're concerned about your privacy going from site to site, we recommend reviewing each privacy statement or policy of each website you wish to visit before proceeding to use them rather than during or after.

VI. DO NOT TRACK (DNT) REQUESTS: CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (CalOPPA)

Some internet browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. This is a feature that, when enabled, has your browser send a signal to the websites you visit and subsequently directs the websites not to track your activity; at the time of this writing (Feb. 2025), there is no common understanding of how to respond to these signals. This site therefore does not currently respond to DNT signals; but if you do not wish to be tracked, then the act of disabling or deleting your cookies can limit some forms of tracking. However, note that doing such an act will likely affect and inhibit your experience on our site and others, possibly preventing the usage of certain key or regular features or functions.

VII. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY.

Company reserves the right to change this policy and/or terms at any time. Any significant changes to this Privacy Policy may be signified by our placing a prominent notice on our Site which would foreseeably go into effect approximately 30 days following such a notification. You may check our site and this privacy page for updates periodically.
